Default Leather Seats

the 1995 audi a6 im going to buy dosen't have leather how hard is it to put it in? and $$$$$?

Not hard to do. Look for a post from Boston Driver and check his registry. With all of the MANY mods he's done, there should be enough info in there to help you get a feel for how to do it (he's changed seats on a couple of occasions).

As for cost, expectd to pay $800-1k depending on age/condition. Maybe less if you get lucky. Check eBay and www.shokan.com as places to find them.

Possibly reupholstering to leather?
I think custom trim shop/upholstery shop could do this for you. (Although I'm not sure how much it'll cost to do the whole thing...)

check out the website below. It's located in NY, but I bet you can find similar shops virtually everywhere.

As a matter of fact, my leather seats are worn and cracked real bad, so I was considering reupholstering them from the shop I mentioned above.
Still I don't know how much it'll cost me, but another shop quoted labor only will probably run around $125 to do the driver seat only.
