Motor swap and now codes...
Long story short, the old motors valves punched holes in the pistons. I replaced the motor and it has 5 codes. Starts in closed loop, runs horrible, gets to open loop sputters and dies.
Codes are:
Cylinder 1 misfire
Cylinder 2 misfire
Cylinder 3 misfire
Cylinder 4 misfire
Multiple cylinder misfire
Car is:
2001 Audi A6 2.9 5V Auto.
Video of the sound and behavior I am experiencing:

Timing is dead on per cam lock and crank arrow, heads are both good so no flat lobes, firing order is correct. There is 1 small vacuum leak but covering it does not help. I have had the front end off so many times, need ideas on what to check before Friday.
I ordered a VAG cable but it won't be here until Friday. Many thanks.

I reset the ECU, checked cam position sensors and it is still the same. I double checked that the timing is dead on and everything looks ok under the valve covers.
The only sensors not plugged in are the oil temp and aux coolant pump. There is a crack in the hard vacuum line that runs on the drivers side head (CVV system I think). Any ideas on what else I can check? Thanks.
