My car shakes

RE: My car shakes
Here's your best bet...
Check out Stoney's Links (URL in my sig). There, under the wheels section, you will find a reference to "Hunter Roadforce Balancing." Follow this link -- it should take you to the Hunter web site. Use the dealer locator to find a Hunter Roadforce equipped wheel/tire installer near you. Ideally, it will be one you (or the people on the forum -- check the appropriate regional forum and post a query on good wheel places) know you can trust.
Take your care there and have them Hunter Roadforce balance all four tires. In the process, have them inspect the wheel to see if any of them are bent.
9 times out of 10, a Hunter Roadforce balance will correct the problem -- even if you JUST had your tires balanced by a place that does not use this system. It really does make a difference. No, I do not work for them. I've just read enough posts along these lines to know that this is often a quick and inexpensive fix.
Good luck and report back on how you made out.

RE: My car shakes
Hunter Roadforce balance is awesome - thanks SouthboroAudiguy.
I went at lunch today to Kauffman Tire in Tampa - got their name off of the Hunter website.
Long story - after 1 trip to the dealer and an alignment, purchasing new tires and having them rotated and balanced 3 times, purchasing brembo rotors (just in case - good excuse huh) and another alignment - couldn't get rid of my little shake from 45-60mph or so.
Now she is ridin' like a dream -
Thanks again....
