Default "Navigation not active" AGAIN!

Now for the second time my Nav in the 2006 A6 disappeared. Had this problem before and the dealer took care of it. Is it just a loose connector on the CD or do I have to take it in to have them re-boot it's little brain.

Thanks for any ideas.

you have original Audi literature for the radio/nav unit (security code in there)?
maybe a battery disconnect for 5 mins would help, but you may need the radio code after.

Eject the DVD wipe it off with a cotton towel and pop it back in. I bet you will be good to go.
