Gonna paint calipers this weekend, what color do you all think would look good? 2000 A6 2.7T Silver with 19in Hyper Black wheels. Leaning towards red,black or silver.

 

Silver would look nice. It would contrast with the black wheels and match the car. I wouldn't go with red unless you are doing the real deal (Brembo, Stoptech etc.) because you will look like a poser. Keep it simple. Nice lookin car!

I thought abour silver because my car is silver also, but with my polished lip and silver inset, I thought the calipers would blend in so I went with red. I am glad I did, they show up, plus it looks a bit racier!

See IMO, i would want them to blend in, i would probably go for a semi to flat black. This way it wouldnt take away from your wheels and give it a deep look

Not sure what kind of look you are going for.

 

I would go with red, it stands out more. My A6 is silver also and I painted mine red, it stands out. People won't even notice the silver caliper because they would be caught up looking at the wheels when your moving but when they're red, people will notice!!!!

 

We all have our own tastes so the end result with what makes you happy! Go for it, its all good!
