thats how my new ones are, except the drl comes on before the headlight, where the parking light would usually come on. hmmm i don't know how much i like the idea of no parking light (even with the working blinker)

 

ive noticed that you see the directional more if its from completely off and going to full brightness, i liked how it looked on the saabs so i did it to mine, and i like the turn out. the volvo s40's and a few other cars do the same thing.

 

don't think that'll be a problem since they're just halogen, not xenon

so you just dont have the parking light come on ? idk id say screw it.. just put em in .. but a normal cut off is this _/ and i was thinkin yours would be like this \_ since there euro headlights. idk its up to you.
