I would suggest that you consider season dedicated tires, you will get much better performance. However, if you are going to go with all-season tires, I was happy with the Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S before I switched to dedicated tires. Of course compared to my D3s in summer and M3s in winter the Pirellis are like vanilla ice cream.

sears? overpriced... even with that whopping 10% off.

check the tirerack or discounttire.com for better deals as well as user reviews.

I got my tires from discount tires direct.... ummm 4 Yokohama YK520's were just under $500 shipped.... but my tires cost a bit more.. 225/45/17

Have yet to try these in snow, but they are supposedly good all season tires

they seem a bit sloppy cornering, but that may just be because the tires before were Yokohama AVS Db S2's .. roughly $205 a tire .. but I can honestly say I had no problems whatsoever last winter with about 7" of snow with those tires, and those are high performance non all season tires.. but in your tire size they look like they are about $150 a tire.. so take all of that for what its worth lol

so why are you asking what we think if you've already decided to get your tires from sears??? imo you're just better off asking the guy in the work bay what tires he would recommend. one last point i think that sears as a very limited selection when it comes to tires even if you get 10% off...go elsewhere!

OEM actually does not completely suck in this case. Continental Extreme Contacts run about 105 a tire from Tire Rack and are Z rated for the weight of the car. I know there are "better" options out there, but for 4 season use, I've found them to be pretty good. They're a little flexy in the sidewalls, so really hard cornering at speed can feel a little loose even though you still have good contact. They're not as good as, say, Blizzacks (sp?) in the snow, but I've done some fairly nasty snowstorms with them.

They're worth a look.

I like my Bridgestone Potenza G009s. All around good performance and good tread life...
