O2 Sensors or Throttle Body

O2 Sensors or Throttle Body
Hey Guys
Been having a few issues with my '99 Avant for a while, basically getting
Load Calculatino Cross check - Implausible
And both Bank 1 & 2 Fuel Trim, System too Rich
175498,17535,17537,17545,17547
I know vacuum leaks normally lead to Fuel too Lean, and i've change the fuel pressure regulator.
The VAG codes are looking at O2 sensors, but i thought they had their own code if they were faulty?
My gear change also sucks as it will scream up to 3,500rpm before changing.
My local independent thinks all these issues may be caused by the Throttle body sensor or the body itself.
Does this sound feasible?
Any input would be appreciated.
