Odometer/Hazard indicator on after shut off?

Odometer/Hazard indicator on after shut off?
Hey All,
Seems as if my Odometer as well as the little red light on the Hazard Indicator are staying on when my 96 A6Q is shut off now. Is this normal?
No exterior lights or green signal indicators are on, just the switch light and the LCD (not red illuminated) odometer. Signals/Hazards are working fine during driving.
I don't really recall this happening before, but I also didn't recall the fog lamp switch light blinking after the alarm has been set either. I'm concerned about battery drain with the light being on all the time.
Any ideas?
