i have 03 a6 avant , 27000 miles. the oil light came o yesterday. I changed the oil this morning. oil level is fine
but the light is still on

what gives? what should i do?

my wife is planning to take the car in a week.

 

which oil light? a little blinking "oil" that only lasts for a few minutes?

 

No the light on the center. i t comes on with a beep and stays on (where normally the "OK" sign comes on). It says low oil level. But the oil level is fine

 

gotta be an oil level sensor
