Default Oil smell inside car

I have an 1999 A6 with 165,000 miles that has the usual burning oil smell thru the vents inside the car. I have replaced the valve cover gaskets and cam tensioner gaskets. It sounds like it is the cam seals that need to be replaced. I am going to sell the car so is there a temp fix that I can do so that whoever test drives it won't notice it?

Tell them the truth. Hopefully someday you will buy a car with a known problem someone just did a quick temp fix on. My gosh.

edit: Oh ya, and welcome to the forum.
