Default Opinions on a '97 A6 Quattro?

I'm looking at buying a 1997 A6 Quattro with 160,000 miles. http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/799271706.html

Just curious as to anything I should look out for when I test drive it, or any opinions on this model. What are some of the major issues people are running into with these? It seems very clean, well maintained.

Is it reasonable to think repairs will be at or less than $1,000/yr over the next four years?

I love Audi's, and I'm basically looking for a compact wagon with a sunroof, roof rack, and good mpg and this one fits the bill!

Thanks for your input.

2.8, I'd say go for it. Expect to change the Timing belt if it has not been done, I have a 1998 A6 2.8Q with 160K miles on it, no problems at all, less than 1K a year in repairs.
