Midnite - Thanks for the information. Hopefully this is the source of the problem as a EVAP Valve is only about $30 if it is indeed the cause of the warm start issue. I will have to check the FPR and vac lines/hoses for leaks again. Is there a way to check the function of the 'return valve?'

I still find this odd that I am not getting a CEL for this problem. Hopefully VAG-COM will be able to get a read on this and narrow the potential problems down further.

hx - Thanks. I am sure it wouldn't be too hard to find the definitions of the DTC's online if I cannot get the trick to work properly.
