(That's where i found MINE after going to the trouble of ordering a new one.

Yep, hey look for it under the steering column there is a little hiding spot that no one would ever notice was under there.

DOH...the silly thing was in that little shelf all along, apparently the original owner never touched it cause it's still brand new, pages were still stuck together... thanks for the help
