My 99 2.8 is showing code P0705 " a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the transmission range sensor (PRNDL input)"
Does anybody know what it means? Is it serious? The car is front wheel drive and it functions OK except that when switching to R or D from P it is sometimes jumpy (which seems consistent with the diagnostic code).
