Default Parting out my old 97 A6
I have a complete car minus the eng/trans. New rebuilt heads with less than 50 miles on them. Much more and it all must go.

Wow Minnesota I presume? I'm from Rochester (well near it).

Do you have a late model '97 (C5) or the 'normal' '97 model (C4). Check out Wikipedia if you don't know the difference.

Yes Minnesota, Gods country, at least a few months out of the year.

I'm going with C4.
