Default Pics of front struts. Replace?

I'm having to replace my control arms anyway.
Here is the thread on that
https://www.audiforums.com/forum/aud...rquing-180618/

What should I do about the struts?

Here is the left:

They both seem to be stiff and working properly.
Should I be concerned and/or replace them?

Thanks.

That red foam is part of the bump stop. Not crutial , if the struts feel like they are still working i would not be too concered.

mine looks worse, at the top, it just looks like a metal bar is touching the top metal plate thingy (which is cracked too) there is no rubber there anymore, but it stays in the center..... should I change mine, or at least get all the rubber and missing/cracked parts and get them where they should be somehow...?
