I have just bought a 1997 A6 sedan. I bought it quite cheap. It has 160,000k's on the clock.
It has a couple of problems that are annoying me.

Is there anything I can do to rectify any of these problems without taking it to a mechanic?

 

could be windows clips on the rear door. Not sure on the drivers door lock problem.
