Default Pulled my codes using VAG, Cyl's 3 & 6 misfire

Attached is the log from my VAG scan. It says there is a misfire from both cylinder 3 & 6. If i remember correctly they are powered by the same thing but i cant remember, how would i test that? I already know that i have to replace o2 sensor 1 in bank 1. But as for the cylinder misfires, what should i do to diagnose further using my vag? or otherwise. thanks

Swap spark plugs and ignition coils between cylinders. One swap at a time.
Monitor if the misfire follows the parts from cylinders at fault. And vice versa - faulty cylinders are ok with the new parts.

Note that there was an ignition coil recall - free replacement- check it with your dealers.
