ok..i did put the car back on a6 coding, and is a little better, but i still miss the stock exhaust and a4 coding , is probably what i gonna do or some chip to play with ecu/air sensor. now the car drive like any 2.8 but is lauder and when i pass 3k rpm it pull me in the seat and drinks gas a lot, i can drive twice and have better tq respond with a4 coding. my advice to 2.8 owners who wants more power and don`t have any mods, just recode to a4 and is all you need plus you will get around 350-400 driving miles on gas tank with easy pass speed limits , forget about chip , exhaust...let sport cars have it )
vag-com , go at select , 01 engine , recoding change last digit from 2 to 1 and "do it", done.
i don`t have time to deal with so i plan to sell the exhaust for who`s interested.
this weekend i have a 600 mile trip to made and i will watch how the system works, i will keep you guys updated

 

got from houston to dallas today and count 240 highway miles with 10 galon of gas, that is an 24 miles a gallon , 70-75 cruise control on. but... my acceleration it sucks. mpg is good but to kep the whole system exhaust like is now , i have to do 2 things: improve acceleration , and higher mpg in city , and i am sure are related.
need an advice , is a fuel problem for the new set-up , chip or not chip, and what kind, adjustable?.. i don`t know too much about this subject . on bikes you put an power commander, u load a map and u done , car i bet is the same but you have to turn a **** or plug things)

 

does anyone try to code 3 or.. other no at the end of soft coding no?
and also how MAF works is like an adjustable resistor ? in this case oxigen flow/temp is the one who adjust it.. kind of too many q for you guys
