Hey Jessica welcome to the forum. Call Audi of America corporate and provide them with the vin and radio serial number and they will give it to you. But first they gonna ask for your name and maybe ask some questions so be ready for that. It might be a few days as they need to verify everything. After that you and your Audi are going to be registered on the Audi database

And when you do get the code write it on the radio with nail polish. That way you always have it handy. Coded radios are the worst idea Audi engineers ever came up with. Supposed to prevent theft etc. but who steals an Audi radio anyway? especially out of 14 year old car.
