Rear Fog Light

For the ruler...
... automakers (douche bags in this regard) took care of the idiots under number one, by implementing the stupid DRLs...
...oh man, number 2 is another one not enforced by the cops, even though in most states the law mandates having the lights on when it rains and the wipers are on; this one indeed is another pet peeve
... number 4, you nailed that one too

Gotta agree with all of the "rules". In rural settings, where roads are sometimes lined with trees, people driving without headlights on should be shot. When I ask someone about this they say they can see perfectly without their lights on - BUT IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU, YOU WING NUT, IT'S ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE NOT SEEING YOUR BLACK, GREY, OR DARK CAR!!!! Several times, I've almost pulled out into traffic and NOT seen the car that color matches the background.

Srsly. Don't be a dipshit.
Another rule: if someone is being an ******* on the road, you have the right to be an ******* back. So, say someone's tailgating you? Brake check!
Also, if I see people driving with foglights on WHEN COMPLETELY UNECESSARY, I give them a little flash of mine. Not like they'll notice... Idiots. And if you don't have DRLs, you should turn your lowbeams on WHENEVER YOU GET INTO A VEHICLE. It's just being smart and safe. Not like that's an accurate description of most of the driving public...
