I was just wondering if this was possible to take the cluster from an '03 A6 and justswap them into my '00 A6. Would it be a direct fit, or will wiring/dimensions be an issue? I really like the silver rings around the gauges on the '03, and my center led pannel is pretty much shot anyways, so if i can put the '03 cluster in there instead, that's what i'd rather do.

do a search, I believe this has been discussed recently. If I remember correctly, they are not interchangable. I believe the wiring harnesses are different. I also think you can buy the rings on ebay, who knows if they will look good or not.
