It was only yesterday that I noticed a slight bubble in the paint on the lip of my driver rear wheel well.[:@]
What can I do about this? Would this qualify for Audi's 10 yr rust warranty?

What could I do to fix this?
I've had the car less than 2 weeks. The Carfax had no indications of accidents.

A little more info is needed. Does it look to be on the surface? It is showing from underneath the paint/clearcoat?
