Secondary airpump
Hey got the cel for either a secondary airpump or a boost leak. I have a 2000 2.7t I can get the code at lunch. I wanted to see what the replacement cost or labor cost might be if anyone has delt with this before. Also if there is a DIY let me know.

What one is it? The SAP, & boost leak are totally separate things. The SAP is just for cold start up emissions.
Mine squeals likes a pig, & I was hoping it would be covered under the 8/80 emissions warranty, nope, they quoted me $1180 to change out the pump!!!!!!!
Really it takes about 20min to swap it out, the pump is around $450. But most of the time it's the hose from the pump that cracks, or pops off.
