I need some help...

My 2012 A6 just had a message pop up on my screen when I tried to open my garage door using the Homelink feature. The message is: "The selected system is currently not available". I tried to reset the garage door opener, but the category is grayed out and the lights on the buttons do not blink when I push them.

I saw that this was posted a few years ago, but nobody knew what the issue was. Can anyone shed some light on what it can be?
