they say here in NY that kbb is actually really off. I had an 2008 ctsV that i was looking to drop for a newer audi and dealers would offer me 30000 when i paid well over that ( I understand depriciation in value)

go by what dealers are actually selling them for

Top cared for Audi's almost always get more then book and most of us who have shopped would agree.. well worth it. BTW..I purchased mine from another state, but I had more info on it then you'd believe and photos..plus it was from a reputable Audi dealer..yes it would have cost me a airplane ticket but I was willing to pay it if it wasn't exactly as described..I knew what I was looking for and it had to have a full "Audi" service history.
Try Cars.com and look for Audi dealers but not many will carry older Audi's, they auction them off.
So have fun with whatever you get..it most likely won't be a Quattro.

if people priced their cars by what dealers sell them for....everyone would buy them at the dealer.

im sure you can get 1-2k more than blue book if its got maintenance history and one owner. but good lucky finding a buyer =)
if your selling a lemon you might get a angry person knocking on your door.

and what do you mean it most likely wont be a quattro? lmfao!
just about every audi ive seen in for sale is a quattro.

thats not true if you see what a dealer is selling them for you will know to look for one slightly cheaper since you always get less when you traid your car in so take a look at the BIGGER picture you asked for help and we are all here suggesting and you seem to not want to hear any of it ..
