well its time for new springs and what not so heres my question what kind should i go with i wouldnt mind lowering it a bit maybe an 1'

Sport for a moderate drop. Race to be aggressive, dont get eibach.

Vogtland is also a good choice, for less cash.

I would rather replace struts before replacing the springs. If you replace struts with something better, your ride will get better for sure. But if you stay with stock struts with new springs, then your ride will be very bumpy. Best thing to do is replace both. If not, replace the struts, not springs. My 2 cents...

H&R Sport will lower more than 1" and pretty aggressive, too aggressive for stock shocks. Eibach is not as low and less aggressive spring rate. Easier on stock shocks but I would still do both springs and shocks if I were you.
