Staggered look rims, but trhey are actually the same size. Check out the AXIS decade, rear lip is wider giving it a wider look and they are 18's. Also you can run a spacer in the rear... but I would keep the wheels within the fenders, not out like the car on the pic above so it does not look silly.
Also remember with a staggered setup yuou can no longer rotate tires.

I like the way staggered look, You can also get the same size wheel, 19"X 9 all around, but get a 1.5 lip up front and a 2" in the real....you still get the staggered look with the same size tire, and just rotate the tires, not the rims

Well in the U.S., we do have a problem with color. Its not even about "INSECURITY", Its about white people won't let it die. White people always trying to degrade and stereotype us which makes everybody look at black people a cretin way, and not all black people are like that, but you would never know because of what the media portray us as, so in peoples minds, they think ALL black people act that why, you have white people acting like that too, but the media do not show that.
