Nobody answered me in the electronics section so here goes: I have 2001 2.7T with the symphonic stereo. Anyone know if there are output jacks or if I need some kind of converter? I want to install a powered subwoofer, hoping it to be cheapest and easiest. I don't have the removal keys so I can't get back there to look. Audio shop wants like $150 to install, which I think is too much. Any advice appreciated.

 

You can do a line to level converter and use that as your pre-outs for the amp on the sub. You just have to tap into a speaker wire or if you have the Bose use the wires for the amp for the line converter.
