Wow pulling the engine or tranny is something I just cannot do. That takes skills. Lol. I think I will end up paying a mechanic the labor rather than doing it myself. But hey, if your turbos ever go south you can DIY and go stage 3.

Depends how much which turbos cost at that moment, I missed a good deal on remanufactured k03s at like $600 a pair... There was no skill involved in removing the engine/tranmisson and putting it back in. There are plenty of instructions on how to do it step by step online. A shop will charge you at least $1000 for just labor, and they will not find you a good deal on a replacement or rebuild, either one will be at minimum $1500 through a shop.

they should be pretty much the same. these require NO maintenance as compared to forge or other aftermarket diverter valves which require you to clean and oil/regrease them and sometimes change seals. so i'd say they are better... (especially since they are genuine audi!)
