Sunroof and Entire driving assistance system is down. 2014 Audi A6 Quatro v6
I have a 2014 Audi A6 Quatro v6. I was out on a drive when I attempted to open up the sunroom. I know it had been fine and working because I had just opened it a few days prior with no issue and yet this time it started to open and just suddenly stopped in the upright position. I don't know what happened and i attempted to fix it by turning on and off the car and a number of things and nothing worked. I thought maybe a fuse had gone bad or something and turned towards and went and checked all the fuses in the car. everything was okay. I eventually got to the manual crank for the sunroof and closed it manually in case it began to rain and it hasn't worked since that day. Eventually, when I got home I unplugged the battery hoping it would just reset or something and would do the magical "self fix" that these cars seem to have and yet that didn't work. Not only did it not work I discovered but now my entire driving assistance system was down. The rear camera was no longer working and now I was just in awe as the car somehow was able to actually damage itself rather than heal like it was supposed to.
Sorry for the novel I wrote. Anyways I now don't have a working sunroof and I also don't have a rear camera as well. the entire driving Assitance is now down and it won't even work when i click the button (P button). I tried going to the car's system and see if i could activate it or something and it just says this system in unavailable. If anyone could think of any solutions it would be appreciated. I've gotten so use to having a backup camera and now a tear rolls down my face when i have to put it into reverse.
