Default Suspension or Brake Issue?

I was driving to work this morning, and while on the freeway heard a clunk as if something bounced and hit my car. It started at the front drivers side wheel and slowly worked its way back to about the middle of the car. After that I noticed an unusual rubbing noise as well as could feel my brakes pulsing and grinding when stopping. I just had all of my upper and lower control arms replaced as well as wheel bearings. Anyone have any idea what it might be, because if its bad I may be stranded at work?

Got the wheel hub apart, and it turns out that a bolt from my caliper mounting brackets fell out and went missing. This caused one side of my caliper to drag ad grind against my rotor. So aside from having to wait two days to get the bolt from ecs (no one in akron had it autozone, oriellys, advanced, home depot, lowes no one) it could be worse.

Was this a job that was done by a shop or on your own?

If this was a shop, I would seriously let them fix their mistake - That's a pretty scary thing to have happen to you while driving. You're lucky that was all that happened.

If that was a DIY job... Remember to tighten things down

Yea it was a diy job. We were a little torque shy after snapping the grade 8 bolt that holds the upper control arms together in half. Clearly we didn't tighten everything well enough. Once the bolt comes in we're going to make sure everything is properly retightened, and if need be using blue loctite.
