2 bottles x 1.5 L = 3 L coolant ======> 6 L of 50/50 mixture.
I didn't fill mine up yet, so I can't tell you exactly how much you really need.
From TB DIYs I scoured so far, people talk about 1 gal (3.78 L) of coolant to have in handy.....well, round it up to 4 Liters.
The so-called "professionals" at Blaufernungen include 4 bottles of coolant (4x 1.5 = 6 L...that makes 12 Liters of mixt 50/50 coolant). The truth may be somewhere in between, but you'd rather have more than less, since you cannot mix it with any off-the-shelf coolant, Prestone or else.
Keep in mind that you'll lose some when opening the bleeders to eliminate eventual air bubbles from the lines.

Coolant
Hi,
I'm not exactly sure how big the bottles of coolant you have are...but for the 2.8 engine, My Bentley manual lists its cooling capacity as 6 liters or 8 US Quarts.
If you're not sure about the information being correct, you could always find the same information in your "Owners Manual".
