Timing belt + everything else?

I'm wondering how often the accessory belt tensioner and the front engine mount fail and have to be replaced?
With the incoming timing belt job I have the option to replace the front engine mount and the accessory belt tensioner ($24+$80)
What else could and should be replaced once the front end is open for timing belt job (besides the timing belt related components)?
Would you replace non-leaking main and cam seals?
