Im thinking about maybe trading my 2000 a6 4.2 for maybe 2008 a6 but dont know what i should get the 2.7t or the 4.2 again. what do you think?

In 2008 there was no 2.7t.

In 08 I believe the engines were 3.2 3.0t and 4.2

If you have the chance of getting the 3.0 get it! Leave the 4.2 and 3.2.

Ya I like my 4.2 lots of power but there is nothing to do to it after market wise.
