Turbo Chargers?

Turbo Chargers?
Ok, So I was browsing the A4 b5 forums and I saw a post about diffrent turbochargers and I came across the GT35r. They say this turbo will generate up to 600hp. Most people when they go stage 3 simply get the Ko4, So my question is what are some of the larger options that will yield higher power.

RE: Turbo Chargers?
i don't know anyone....But it's quite a gamble on an expensive transmission IMHO
i won't even launch my car anymore with a 6 speed
i was at stage II+ for about 6 months and it was a fast car......Stage III is just a joke, and i dont even have the fueling kit. Everytime i hit the gas with my fiancee in the car she just erupts into a volcano of laughter.

RE: Turbo Chargers?
I think if you are trying to generate more than 500Hp with Garrett turbo's, you would have to performmajor internalwork to the motor...meaning rods/pistons/fueling...etc.... You would probably have to go with Stand Alone Management Software as well. I seen this only on a 20th Anny GTI that was using 034 Software.....this car was built top to bottom, inside and out....incredibly fast....almost dangerous because the steering would go away from you.

K04's on race fuel can make > 500hp
i don't think i'd want to stress my engine or tranny any further than that.

trapped, you would be fine to get ko4's and run 93 oct programming........ i doubt you would want to put much more stress than that on that poor lil a6 you have..........
