So I'm about to get a used A6. I'm looking at a handful of cars and some have navigation, camera, mp3, etc and some do not.

My question is how easy/expensive it is to change out the LCD and electronics for a newer model touch screen (like on the 2011) or to put in a 3rd party and still integrate it in w/ all the other features.

I tried doing some searches but don't think I've got the right key words. Can anyone link to correct posts/information or drop me some knowledge?
