valve cover gaskets

where are the valve cover gaskets located? Although I do have the manual, it doesnt exactly show where it is. Is it possible if I can change it myself?

its a V6?? the gasket is under the rocker covers

that's what under the rocker cover ( the cams and valves ) above that you have the rocker cover so between them you have the gasket
