You may have seen it or used it, A great cleaner called grease lightning I use it in my big trucks it's awesome however I noticed it turned the paint soft in my Chevy P/U and now I know it was the cause in the Audi's too. The paint never re hardened it just kept peeling off, sort of sticky. I repainted all the trim in all 3 of my cars. Just a warning, I hope I can save someone else the trouble. It does work incredible on the black floor mats in trucks.

 

Well what were you using it on? it's not supposed to be used on paint i do believe, i mean it's a pretty strong solvent.

 

your not suppose to let it sit for a long period of time. You apply it and wash it off
