What other mods can I do???
K04s, DVs, CAI, APR chip, exhaust. Is that about it? Since what I hear is that the RS4 turbos won't work on our cars (not to mention they're over $7k), what else can we do to get a little more "umph" out of our cars?
There is an RS4 set up using the K04 turbo's. APR and ECS Tuning both have these kits. ECS is selling there kit for $2800.00
Replacing the down pipes, upgrading your fuel injectors and fuel pump(a given if swapping to K04's), upgrading intercoolers, intake, upgrade ignition, or strapping on a nice blue bottle in the trunk

TopGun86 - I know it's pretty darn quick now. I do love it. But it wouldn't hurt to be able to surprise a few Mustang GTs and maybe have a Corvette wondering why he hasn't completely blown my doors off.
Envied86 - Thanks. Sounds like all that will give a pretty good kick in the butt.

A chip (+ heavy duty DVs and TBB) gives the biggest improvement for the buck (actually, for about a grand). Most of the forum members are bigoted towards either APR or GIAC. Do your homework on their websites.
PPGOAL - So spend the extra money and get the metal DVs? Would it be worth getting a CAI and redoing the exhaust? Is the stock setup pretty good? I don't want to change anything if I don't have to.
I just checked my OEM diverter valves and they are metal. However, before I chipped I explored this forum and everyone recommended heavy duty DVs. My indie shop recommended the Baileys. I am sure there are a number of equivalent DVs.
If you chip the car, the higher turbo pressure can bust the DVs or the TBB. I decided to avoid that problem since I do a lot of distance driving and want to avoid being stuck.
I have no experience nor knowledge about exhaust upgrades. I like mine stock.
