I want to do my spark plugs. What kind should I get and what should they be gapped at?

NGK beofre Bosch, and if your lawnmower needs a new plug get Champion.

I went to Autozone and they didnt have any NGK. So I ended up getting some Denso double platinums. These should be good right? Gapped at the same .8mm right?

Look at what it says at one part: Some of you may or may not know this. But you are not supposed to check the gap on a platinum or iridium plug. Honda reccomends that you dont do this. My theory is that you will embed metal onto the plug which will effect its properties and performance. Just pull out of the box and install. |
