What weight oil are you guys using on the 2.7T engines? I plan on going with Mobil 1 synthetic but am confused about the weight.

I've used 5w-50 in my old 200 tq and am using the same in my 2001 2.7t A6. I use AGIP synthetic. My mechanic told me to use this in any turbo motor because they run hotter. I trust him because he is well regarded in the northeast as the best audi mechanic.
