On my wifes 2000 A6 2.8l Quattro somehow the wire loom that runs across the front above the main fan got caught in the fan and was shredded. Can someone link me to a good source for replacement wiring parts. the car still runs fine just the AC is no longer working. The harness for the Aux fan and the one with the red plug on right behind the drivers side headlamp are both destroyed and I need to find replacements if possible.

 

I hate to say this, but I believe you're going to be hard pressed to just get those wires. You might luck out and find someone on eBay selling certain sections of wiring, but they will most likely have to be soldered in at some point.

Your best bet here is going to be to determine what gauge wire(s) you need to replace and go to a hardware store and get something similar and solder them in.
