good prank to pull on your buddy when he/she is too drunk to drive, and you dont want them trying to leave.. tell them about that. then by the time they figure it out, they will be sober enough

Let me see.. A phone transmits from 400 Hz to 3500 Hz. And an RF remote works in the Giga Hz ranges. No way a phone is gonna transmit that.

No I did hear that there was a time the European cars used IR (infar Red) and that thieves were able to program Palm pilots to cycle throught thousands of codes a minute and open doors....
