Hi There, my current A7 has the stock 265/35/20 rims, with a very noisy SP Sport. I am looking at the ContiSportContact 5, but they only offer at 275/45/20.

Will anyone be able to let me know if it is ok to fit into this original rim.

a 275/45/20 will fit but you will most likely have some rubbing over bumps and on steering lock to lock, for reference, the stock 20" tire size is 265/35/20 which is a 27.3" diameter a 275/45/20 is a 29.7 diameter, that's a pretty big difference so basically the car will be raised 1.75". i'd find a tire closer to the stock size. i'm running a 275/35/20 tire and have zero problems.
