Default 01 Roters

Anyone know where to find a good deal on some roters for my 01 A8L. I bought some "Brembo" cross drilled ones for the 98 earlier on eBay and have not been impressed. I would also like to know if anyone know where to find some lowering springs for the cars. I am in Salem Or and there is little here for Audi's. Thanks.

I have Cross-drilled Brembos with PBR Master Metal pads on my 98' and they work well but squeal like hell.
I have Eibach Pro-kit on my car as well. It handles VERY well, but I don't like the fact that the wheel gap in front is considerably more than the rear. If I were to fix it, I would go for some Coilovers. I saw the Eibachs for sale on E-bay for $275 if you're interested. Figure another $150-$200 to install.

Good luck!

Hi there
I also installed the "Brembo" cross drilled fronts (with Mintek pads) on my 2000 4.2, and have been very disappointed with them ... noisy braking (almost sounds like grating), lots of sqealing, and a real soft feel to them. I spoke with a guy who got me some control arms at a really good price, and he said the cross-drilleds weren't as sharp as the chrome-plated solids. Not sure, but I might give it a try. If you want his info, let me know
