My '07 A8 had a major leak on the sunroof, drained water onto the driver's seat and console. Car was dead. Battery would not recharge. Replaced battery with new one. Now the scan results show only a few items OK. Engine, windows, seats, doors. Everything else including the CAN and transmission is not communicating. Everything is either not communicating or has a malfunction code.

Any help would be appreciated to help me decide where to start.
