Hi All

I have a problem with my trunk Lid being filled with water after rain.
When the lid is opened, water pours out from the hinges.
It seems to have got worse over time - today there must have been a good litre.
I had a problem about a year ago whereby Audi changed one of the rear lights. It may be a coincidence/red herring, but I think the issue started after that.

Anyone have any experience or idea what's the likely cause?
