Hello everyone i have a question i hope someone can answer.
I was at a gas station the other night and some guy started telling me about his car. He didnt say what model it was but im pretty sure it was a 1998 A8. He told me that told me it was stock but had the "european" engine tuned by Audi to run on the autobauhn. it sounded completly stock (no cams, exhaust or external engine bolt-ons) he showed me the engine and it had the 3.7L writing on it. He said the car weighed 2200lbs and had 461hp.
I have been an auto enthusiast for a number of years, but admit i know little about Audis.
the specs that he gave me just dont sound possible for being stock and for being such a big car.
Im just wondering if such a model exsits or if mabe he didnt know what he was talking about.
oh yeah he also told me it did 0-100-0MPH in 7 seconds flat.

Thats pretty much what i thought. The guy seemed a bit full of himself.
